Issues in biometric Machines and how to fix them

People started using biometric products a lot more than they ever did.  There is still a huge market for the products like that in Asia.  The more people use biometric products, the more issues there will be. Secureye is one of very few companies, which provides with the tutorial audio and video education for the users about its products.
As we know that most users don't face problems with the hardware. It is the software that trouble the end users.  A lot of brands offer in home tutoring services and many give user manuals of the software & hardware in the regular packaging boxes.

As soon as you insert the DVD and user manuals bundled in the box, the software gets installed automatically on your personal computer. Then there are videos which you can play and learn how to set up the biometric machine.
There are the other issues which people face. E.g. when you punch in, the sensors don't produce templates of your thumb impression.
There are a few things you check in this case.
a. Check if you are punching in properly. Not every machine has the feature of auto adaptive technology which allows rotational matching of fingerprints.
b. Check if your fingerprint is enrolled at all.
The company, Secureye, gives you the audio-video tutorial to refer to for a proper enrolment process.

Suppose that STF staff are camping in a forest for a few months and want to use time and attendance machine there to motivate the military personnel to come on time. In this case, as we know there is no network, no internet connection in that territory.  A biometric machine can still be installed and can function well. How? Let’s see.

It can run on battery or on electric current.  Once in a month you can plug a pen drive and upload the general logs.

The same pen drive, you can plug in the computer with network and the software installed on the monitor will produce the desired reports.
